How do I add to the shopping basket?
You can add to your shopping basket once you have clicked on the product and entered the product details page. Choose the details of the product such as size and colour from the dropdown menu, then enter the quantity required and click on 'Add' to add your purchase to the shopping basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping basket?
Once you have clicked on the 'Add' button to place the item in your basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added. The box at the top right of the screen will show how many items are in your basket. To view the items click on the link 'view cart' at the top right of the screen.

Clicking on the link to 'checkout' at the top right of the screen will take you directly to the secure checkout to complete your purchase.

How do I edit my items?
You can edit the items in your basket by clicking the link to 'view cart' at the top right of the screen. then using the 'edit' or 'remove' buttons next to the product you wish to edit.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your basket you wish to find shipping costs for, then at the top right of the screen you will see a link to 'calculate shipping'. From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your basket. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase. Note- the shipping method relates to the speed of shipping only, not the speed of order preparation.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received by the store administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the site's secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order coping the tracking details. Going to the delivery providers website, and adding the tracking details. For details of progress on your order click on 'details' to see if further information is available under the 'customer shipping note' section. Once your parcel is handed over/collected the delivery times are determined by them.

When will my order arrive?
When you receive your order will depend on whether the item is in stock to send immediately, has to be ordered in, or has to be made. Most made-to-order items take 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule at the time (February to May allow 6-8 weeks). If you have a deadline or a particular date when you need your order (for an event for example), please type the details into the message box during the checkout process and we will do our best for you to have your order when you need it. If delivery of your order is later than expected, please contact us by phone or the 'email us' page.

My order never arrived
A tracking number would have been emailed to you when your parcel was dispatched. Please check these details with the delivery company for more information. However, if your order has not been received within what you think is a reasonable period of time, please contact us by phone or the 'email us' page. How do I sign up and log in?
On the top navigation bar click on 'log in or register'. This will take you to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave the online store and come back later.

Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately if you use our secure online payment place.
If you choose "pay by phone" your credit card is manually processed when you contact us, with your card details, by our admin staff. If your card cannot be charged the goods you ordered will not be sent out. In the case of made to order items, these will not go into production. We will contact you by phone or email if we have any problems processing your payment.
